Fox and the fight to save the post office was the topic of a recent blog entry by Heather Flanigan. Heather is the daughter of Rural Special alum Phyllis Schiefer Flanigan (1969). Heather is a small-town girl, having grown up in NE Arkansas and SE Missouri. She was a TV reporter in Arkansas before making several moves and landing along with her husband, Brett, in Albany, NY.
